Supreme Court Ad Hoc Pretrial Justice Task Force

The Kansas Supreme Court formed an ad hoc task force in November 2018 to examine pretrial detention practices in Kansas district courts.

The task force will report its findings and recommendations to the court within 18 months.

The 15-member task force met for the first time December 13 and 14 in Topeka.
